MUAY THAI

Let off some steam with Muay Thai. The sport that trains everything: fitness level, agility, quick reactions and resilience.

Practice against hand pads, punching bags, kicking pads, etc.

The Muay Thai training sessions consist of the following

  • Greeting
  • Warming up
  • Interval training
  • Explanation of techniques and practice
  • Sparring
  • Cooling Down
  • End bow

During this training, you will learn various boxing techniques (hooks, upper cuts, direct punches), kicking techniques (low kicks, high kicks, side kicks), knee techniques, elbow techniques, clinching (hand to hand with knee techniques and judo throws), sparring (controlled fighting rounds).
