MMA FREEFIGHT

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a combination of different types of self-defence and martial arts.

Thai boxing
Jujutsu (Japanese self-defence technique based on being attacked by an opponent from any imaginable position and various fighting disciplines.)
Wrestling/grappling

At MMA, you will learn jabbing, kicking and knee techniques, as well as choke and strangleholds. In addition to learning these techniques, your physical fitness will also improve.
